Renganaath Ravee first collaborated with Bejoy Nambiar in 2007 on the Sony PIX reality show Gateway, where Nambiar’s winning short film Soap featured Renganaath as Sound Designer and Sound Mixer. This marked the beginning of a long-standing professional relationship.

Their partnership continued with the Malayalam short film Rahu (2008), followed by major feature films such as David (2013) and Wazir (2016), a large-scale Hindi production produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra.

Renganaath has consistently cited Bejoy Nambiar as a filmmaker who allows sound to function as a narrative tool rather than a technical afterthought, giving him space to experiment with silence, texture, and non-traditional sound structures.
